Stuffed Whole Chicken
Large 5-7 lb roasting chicken, stuffed with a savory matzo stuffing, roasted to a golden brown.
Matzoh Stuffed Chicken Breasts
Individual boneless, skin-on chicken breast, stuffed with our Matzo stuffing.
Herb Crusted Saddle of Lamb
Wagshal’s domestic saddle loin of lamb is the most tender cut available. The saddle is seared and crusted with fresh herbs, parmesan and mustard.
Salmon Wellington
Salmon Filet surrounded by sautéed spinach, wrapped in puff pastry and served with hollandaise sauce.

Honey Glazed Spiral Sliced Ham
Our Hams are hand-selected for leanness, smoked up to 24 hours, then spiral-sliced to the bone so each tender, juicy slice is easy to serve. We glaze our hams with a brown sugar/honey apple glaze.
